CASE STUDY BE SEEN WEB DESIGN

Background:

In January 2006 Be Seen Web Design was a brand new website. Just launched ! Through out January we created a user friendly website that search engines could read. In February we started working on some basics Search Engine optimization including submitted to directories and search engines. In March we pushed it up a notch.

Challenge:

The challenge with this site was obvious. It was a brand new company trying to enter a market that is full of website design companies. Our main purpose was to attract new customers and make sure people on the net could find our website to see our services. The challenge was to make Be Seen Web Design visible to our customers. Web design as a keyword is very difficult to get ranked in, although we know it is not impossible, it will take some work, especially for a smaller company.

Solution:

Optimize the pages, create content, create a reason for the visitors to stay on site and make the site visible in the search engines.

Conclusion:

This website is just starting Search Engine Optimization and we have many techniques we would like to apply. We worked about 10 hours/month on Search Engine Optimization for this site, which is the same amount as if you were to sign up for our SEO services. We are going to continue to work on this site and will provide you with updates as we go.

Update for August 2006

Be Seen Web Design has open now for 8 months and we are finally slowing starting to come out of the Google Sandbox.

Currently we have 1st page listings in Yahoo, MSN and Google for Alicia Harper and Be Seen Web Design, it seems Yahoo finally caught up. We also have second page listing for Equine Web Design in MSN. 8th page for Search Engine Optimization Vancouver, which isn't really good but, we can work on it. 3rd page listing for Vancouver Web Design in MSN. First page listing for Vancouver Web Design Company in MSN and Yahoo , 3rd page in Google and also first page results for Vancouver Website Design in MSN. Stable Web Design 2 nd page results, 2nd page for keyword Equine Web, @nd page results for equine web design and equine web designers and equine web designs. Also, we have 2nd page results for stable web design. Also, Vancouver Web Page Design - 3rd page in Google and 3rd page in Google for Vancouver Web Page Design.
