The next step
STEP 5 - Would be to find a web designer and get some quotes on prices. REMEMBER this tutorial is for customers not actual web designers.

The best thing to do when looking for a web designer is first read my article:

Also another thing that is not included in my article is to make sure you research the design firms in your area, the more research you do now, the better you will be later. Feel free to ask alot of questions and bargain with the quotes. Do not however ask for a price for a basic website. This usually ends up with you getting a website that will eventually cost way more than you had budgeted for.

And MOST importantly plan on spending some time planning the website with the designer before the actual designing starts. If you plan on having a designer just throw you up a website and expect to be happy then you might as well forget the whole website idea. A website will take time from you and you will have to work to have it designed the way you envision it. Just be prepared.
