And again I am going to remind you that this tutorial is for the client wanting to get a website designed.
STEP 6 - By now you should hae chosen a few design firms, am I correct. You should contact them and let them know you are interested in getting a website done by them. Now each one will provide a free one hour consultation so that they can get to know what you are looking for so they can prepare an accurate quote.

Meet with them, make sure you do your homework first and then be prepared to receive their quotes.

Hylee Training Continued

As you can see my looking the website. Just a reminder it can be found at: http://www.hyleetraining.gvrdhorsedirectory.com . You can see that we have already created a logo. By the way what do you think about the logo? I would aboslutely love to hear your comments!

The next step
STEP 5 - Would be to find a web designer and get some quotes on prices. REMEMBER this tutorial is for customers not actual web designers.

The best thing to do when looking for a web designer is first read my article:
http://www.beseenwebdesign.com/articles/web_design_company.html

Also another thing that is not included in my article is to make sure you research the design firms in your area, the more research you do now, the better you will be later. Feel free to ask alot of questions and bargain with the quotes. Do not however ask for a price for a basic website. This usually ends up with you getting a website that will eventually cost way more than you had budgeted for.

And MOST importantly plan on spending some time planning the website with the designer before the actual designing starts. If you plan on having a designer just throw you up a website and expect to be happy then you might as well forget the whole website idea. A website will take time from you and you will have to work to have it designed the way you envision it. Just be prepared.

Over the next month I will be creating a website.

A new one, and I am doing it in my spare time. So I thought I would walk you step by step through the entire process so, you can follow along. If you think this a bad idea, let me know.

FROM A CUSTOMERS POINT OF VIEW
STEP 1 -
You must have a business or an idea for a website.
- In this case it is a horse training facility that will be offering horse training, horse board, and horse sales and also have a training log.

STEP 2 -
Decide on the name of business or your website.
- In this case, Hylee Training
Choose a domain name.
- In this case we are going to use a sub domain. The website can be found at www.hyleetraining.gvrdhorsedirectory.com

STEP 3 -
Decide on a hosting company
- In this case we already had hosting. But normally you should do some amount of research If you would like more information on how to choose a hosting company read my article: http://www.beseenwebdesign.com/articles/vancouver_website_hosting.html

STEP 4 -
Come up with a logo. A logo is very important as it will be the way your customers remember you. They will see it on the website, on your letter head, on your products. Make it a simple logo. The simplier the better as you will have to reproduce it in a variety of mediums.

The Best Internet Marketing Product To Sell

I've been selling successfully online for almost ten years now. I've sold everything from ninety cent pens...to $3,900 information products.
But in my humble opinion, by far the single best kind of product someone can sell is money-making opportunity products and services.

In fact, I find this is always a good idea because you can always get good money when selling an opportunity that will create more money for the end user.

It's extremely easy to justify a high price and, if it truly delivers (and if it doesn't, you shouldn't sell it) people will love you for it. Plus, many marketers just don't realize what kind of impact a good money making product has on a person's life. Most people are struggling with bills and to make their rent or mortgage. In some cases, just an extra $100 per month can radically change someone's life for the better. Get them out of the red and into the black. And allow them some much needed "breathing room."

And besides that, money is a very emotional topic and it's easy to sell something that creates emotion.

In fact, if you tell someone who is desperate to bring more money into their lives that for $100 you will give them $500 per month they will sit up and notice. They will listen to every word you have to say so long as you do it in a way that respects their intelligence.

Here are some guidelines to help you determine what kind of product to create:

Find a market that is hungry for a particular kind of information. For example, you do a little research and discover there is a huge demand for people who want to make money at home.

Then, what you do is locate ten or fifteen people who are experts at this, send them a letter or call them up and tell them you’re a producer, you’re your own company and you’re putting together a website for money making experts.

You also tell them you’re interviewing the ten top experts in the industry. And that their interview will be played internationally on your website, and you’d like to know if he would like to be one of the top ten experts to be interviewed.

Many times people will agree to this. After all, it’s free promotion for them. Plus, if you position yourself correctly, as someone who is asking a simple favor in exchange for giving them lots of free publicity, then they are usually only happy to help you out.

And once you get them on the phone, you start from the beginning and just let them to talk. Let them tell you about how they got started, the mistakes they made, the triumphs they had, etc.

Before you know it, they’re in a trance talking and reminiscing and you just shut up and listen and keep that recorder going. And as they talk, things are going to come up into your mind, questions you want to expand more on. And you just make notes on a piece of paper while they’re talking.

Some of the interviews could go two or three hours.

If you don't have that kind of time, just cover the most commonly asked questions.

One real good trick is to go to book sites like http://Amazon.com and find the books on the subject you're interviewing people on, and looking inside the books at the table of contents. The table of contents of popular books act as a sort of outline for things you can talk about.

The editors have already produced a table of contents of the things they’re going to teach their readers that people want to know about. You just follow that format. It’s already been done and that can be related to any subject you can think of.

And that's it. After that, you edit the audio or hire someone else (it's not that expensive) to do it and you got a product to sell.

All in all, this is a very simple, very easy way to create a product and make money at home quickly. And anyone willing to put in the time and effort can do it -- usually pretty quickly.

Copywriting Crash Course - Increasing Your Conversion Rate

There are many techniques you can employ to ensure that your sales page will be able to persuade people to buy your products or services. Let’s take a look at 5 of the most popular of these strategies.

1. Use testimonials. Testimonials are words from other people recommending the usage of your products or services. People are more inclined to believe the words of third parties compared to the words of the merchant himself. Testimonials have an aura of objectivity, and more often than not, they are enough to convince many of your readers into patronizing what you have to offer.
2. Give emphasis to the benefits and relate them well to the need you should have established. People are looking for solutions, first and foremost, and some people are willing to spend for the same. They are your target market, and the only way you can convince them that your product or service is what they’re looking for is by establishing a need they can relate to, and providing the solution through a thorough discussion of the benefits your product or service can provide. Your sales page should be benefits-centric, that is, the enumeration of benefits should manage to take over the sales page at some point and this should serve as the rallying point of your campaign.
3. Offer bonuses. Who wouldn’t want to get more than what they will pay for, right? Bonuses are effective tools because they increase the perceived value of your products or services. Some internet marketers even attach a multitude of bonuses on their offers. Aside from giving more value to the package, it also imparts a very important quality that many online businessmen would like to be known for: over-delivery.
4. Urgency marketing. Urgency marketing is a relatively novel sales technique that employs time-sensitive offers. Onetime offers, special offers and the likes are examples of this tactic. You may offer a hundred bonuses on the condition that your readers will purchase your offer within a specific period of time. Or, instead of using bonuses, you can offer a fantastic discount available during the same span of time. This is a great technique, as it creates a sense of panic amongst your prospects, making them WANT to buy what you have to offer at the soonest possible time, least they miss out on an amazing opportunity.
5. Offer a money back guarantee. Offering a refund policy is the ultimate risk reversal technique. It will make your prospects feel secure, and it can prove to be that final push that will compel them to make a purchase. A lot of internet marketers are afraid of offering a refund policy because they do not want to assume the risks. But refunds provide more benefits than disadvantages. Statistics show that a great majority of your customers will not opt for a refund because of what they feel is a rather complicated process involved. Refunds are just choices. People rarely exercise them. Sales pages are, ultimately, about how well they’ll be able to convert. And a profitable conversion rate can be attained by utilizing the techniques we have discussed above, and more importantly, through continuous testing to determine how efficiently each component of your sales page is performing. Copywriters share this one motto: test, test, test. Never stop testing, and adjusting if necessary, until you reach a substantially beneficial conversion rate. Published By: Bhavesh Patel
