For example you are a cable company located in the prairies somewhere and there will be a service interruption while you a fix a few things. What a great way to connect with your customers and let them know about it but, by posting it on your blog. Of course you would have to make sure every one knew about your blog first. But, this could an easy and fast way to let all your customers know what is going on.
